Disrupting the Future of Work with Kevin Finke

In our inaugural “Design Dialogues” session, we had the pleasure of welcoming Kevin Finke ('92), Founder & Chief Experience Officer at Experience Willow, back to campus during Homecoming week. Kevin’s lighthearted yet thought-provoking talk, “Disrupting the Future of Work,” centered on the importance of prioritizing the employee experience, sharing stories of how he champions human-centered design to challenge leadership at top brands like Disney and Coca-Cola. His empathy-driven approach ignited a conversation about easing workplace suffering and fostering true belonging. Attendees also participated in a feedback dialogue, giving us great insight to shape future sessions.
