GenAI Dialogues

Since  Spring 2024, SCD has been hosting GenAI Dialogues and Hands-on Experiences, bringing together members of the campus community to share knowledge and explore AI applications in various fields such as research, health & well-being, and digital avatars. These events are organized in collaboration with the Gies College of Business, the College of Education, and the Generative AI Solutions Hub.

Summer of AI

The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) and campus partners from the Siebel Center for Design (SCD), Library, Technology Services, NCSA and more are planning the “Summer of AI,” a series of hands-on workshops, guest talks, and conversations on the future of teaching and learning.

The Summer of AI Kickoff Event, a GenAI showcase where presenters will share how they’ve been using AI or show AI tools they’ve been experimenting with, will take place on May 29th in The Gallery at SCD from 10:00am to 11:30 pm.
If you’d like to stay up to date on the Summer of AI, get tips, event highlights, recordings of events, and more please subscribe to our Summer of AI newsletter.
