Description:
This track provides educational professionals with an introduction to Human-Centered Design principles and classroom applications. This flexible pathway allows individual teachers to explore HCD at their own pace without requiring school-wide commitment.

School-Level Introduction
For schools ready to introduce HCD without a long-term commitment
Description:
This track is designed for schools interested in bringing Human-Centered Design to their teachers without a multi-year commitment. The Siebel Center for Design will collaborate with your administration to deliver targeted professional development that introduces HCD principles and practices.
What We Offer:
- Up to three customized, in-person workshops (hosted at your school or at SCD)
- Full Network Membership for participating teachers

Comprehensive School Transformation
For schools committed to deep integration of HCD principles
Description:
This track represents a full partnership with the Siebel Center for Design spanning 2-3 years. This comprehensive approach builds sustainable capacity within your school through a carefully structured progression: Year 1 develops a Core team of HCD experts; Year 2 supports the Core team in training colleagues; Year 3 focuses on iteration, refinement, and building connections with other network schools.
