Students working on the Academic Programs team are at the core of our process of integrating HCD across all colleges, by bringing their expertise and learning our processes.
Teaching Scholars
The Teaching Scholars are given opportunities to learn about design thinking and HCD in addition to their major coursework, often applying both to develop additional content and teaching materials.
The SCD academic programs are customized for groups based on their experience with design thinking, and our Scholars are a key part of preparing for a variety of learners.
Our Teaching Assistants support the DTX courses and our DT Seminars and Workshops. They gain experience working with our adjunct faculty from across campus and from industry.
